Why are there two charges on my card in the same month?

If you see more than one charge on your credit card in the same month, this is always because an invoice from a previous month couldn't be paid on its due date because of a problem with your credit card. If our attempt to charge your card on the due date doesn't succeed, we will retry the charge over the following weeks. When the payment finally succeeds, this may be several weeks or months after the due date.

We will never ever charge you more than once for the same invoice. So, if you're in doubt, please check the charges in the preceding months.
