Can I include estimates when using quick add?

Yes, you can write estimates after the backlog item or task name, like this:

Example backlog item 2.5 d

Use "p" for points, "d" for days, and "h" for hours. Or, spell out the unit completely, for example "day" or "days":

Example backlog item 2.5 days

You can leave out the space between the number and the unit, like this:

Example backlog item 2.5d

The unit determines which kind of estimate it is. For example, if your project uses points for rough estimates and days for detailed estimates, you can provide a rough estimate like this:

Example backlog item 1.5 p

and a detailed estimate like this:

Example backlog item 2.5 d

and both a rough and a detailed estimate like this:

Example backlog item 1.5 p 2.5 d

If your project uses the same unit for both rough and detailed estimates, and you provide two estimates, the first estimate will be the rough estimate and the second will be the detailed estimate. If you provide only one estimate, it will be used as the detailed estimate, except in the Releases tab, where it will be used as the rough estimate.
