What can I do if a person doesn't receive a welcome mail?
First, ask the person to check their spam folder. If the welcome mail is not there, please check that the email address that you have registered for the person is correct.
You can resend the welcome mail by opening the popup dialog for the person in the People tab, and clicking "Send welcome mail again" at the top of the dialog.
If the person still doesn't receive the welcome mail, the email address may have been added to our ignore list. This can happen if we've previously received errors from your mail server when trying to send to this particular address. In that case, please contact us to get the email address removed from our ignore list.
