What do I do if I don't receive a one-time code?

If you are asked to enter a one-time code when logging into Scrumwise, the code will be sent by email to the address you use to log in.

If you haven’t received this email, first check your spam folder. If you use custom filters or rules in your email account, make sure they don’t automatically move or delete emails sent from us.

Then wait a minute or two to see if the email arrives. In some cases it can take a short while due to spam filters or other checks before the message reaches your inbox.

To request a new one-time code, simply return to the login page and log in again.

If you still don’t receive the email after trying the steps above, your email address may have been added to our ignore list. This can happen if we previously received delivery errors from your mail server when trying to send to this address. In that case, please contact us so we can remove the address from the ignore list.
