Yes, you can specify the available time for a team individually for each day in the sprint. This way, you can specify exactly how much time is available on each day, so that you can take everything into account, and have a very precise burndown chart. To do this, open the popup dialog for the team in the sprint, and click the link "Specify for each day instead":
