Can I specify the available time for a team individually for each day in the sprint?

Yes. This way, you can take variations from day to day into account - such as vacation days, team members being away, or work in weekends - and have a very precise burndown chart. To do this, open the popup dialog for the team in the sprint, and click the link "Specify for each day instead":
