How does the yearly subscription work?

The yearly subscription is for a selected number of users, with payment upfront for the year via bank transfer or credit card.

The price for the yearly subscription is $7.50 per user per month, instead of the $9 for the monthly subscription. This means that you essentially get two months free per year with the yearly subscription.

The yearly subscription is not tied to specific, named users. What you get is essentially a number of seats, and you can add and remove users during the year as much as you want, as long as the number of users in your account doesn't exceed the number of users that your subscription is for, at any given time during the year.

If you need more users during a yearly period, you can add additional chunks of users, with pro-rated billing upfront for those users for the remaining part of the period.

The billing for the yearly subscription can be based on a purchase order from you. To do that, just specify the purchase order number that you want the invoice to reference, in the signup popup, renewal popup, or add users popup. You don't need to send the purchase order to us. Please note that our standard terms always apply, as the only terms, regardless of which terms are specified in the purchase order.
