What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
Go to the login screen and click "I forgot my password":
Then enter the email address that you're using in your account, and we will send you a mail to that email address that helps you set a new password. The mail will be sent immediately, so you should receive it within a minute or so. If you don't receive the mail, make sure to check your spam folder.
If you're not sure which email address you're using in your account, ask a colleague to log into Scrumwise and check the email address in your account (by opening the popup dialog for your account in the People tab).
If you get a message that your account has been deleted by an administrator, this is because an administrator in your company has deleted your account. So, you should talk to the person that is responsible for Scrumwise in your company.
If you get a message that your company account has been closed, this was either done by an administrator in your company, or happened automatically because your trial subscription expired, or you didn't renew your yearly subscription, or because we didn't receive the payment for your paid subscription.
